• Kristin and Doreen have cycled off, with Mark and Eric stepping in for them.
• Idea: think about active program planners at our institutions, EBSCO, Index Data, Tamir and Rachel are willing to host Forums

• Other conferences, meetings to announce?

• Kristin did go over the FORUM documentation for hosting, Kristin put in comments and questions; instructions for starting the FORUM, chat and Q&A, facilitators set up back channel on skype;
• Pushing out FORUM announcements from Ebsco FOLIO website?
