February 15:

FOLIO Community: Strategic goals (or open source software?) for small & midsize institutions

Follow-up from today's forum:

Technology issues due to two presenters on phone and unable to present their own slides.
One of our smaller crowds, with no questions.

In the future we need to test with people who are newer to this.
We put up the slide desks this time–would be good to continue doing this.
Set something up for people to test their connection if they run into trouble (do a slide for people who get into video but not audio) and in the announcement.

March 1: FOLIO Firsthand: FOLIO in the UK

Rachel Fadlon says that Diane can do 11AM GMT (6 AM EST). Do we want to do that?

Yes, we will go ahead and do this Forum at 6am ET.
Try to add another UK person, such as Christine Wise. Michael Winkler will ask Christine.
