What did we do well?
- Good communication in the team +
- Get to understand details better
- Moving from BigTest to RTL tests
- RTL migration is finished for 2 modules
- UC testing is finished, feedback is pretty good, only few issues were detected
- Officially UC is merger to master and available at all environments
- Issue with access to EBSCO resources is resolved
- Sufficient progress with development around duplication of MARC bib records
- Get understanding of data import work
- Have good progress with Import of MARC authority feature
- 2 modules completely migrated to Spring and have some plans for future migrations
What should we have done better?
- RTL tests bring more complexity and additional code refactoring to eHoldings
- Spring improvements will be part of team work
- No assistance with Spring from other team

- Password development took longer than usual. Are there ways for the entire team to better understand complexity and level of effort to help with backlog prioritization? → Break down all tasks and not hide non-functional work at functional stories → Team

- DT - In general module releases went well, but one issue (with logging) was not payed attention to immediately. This led to additional patch releases of several modules/libraries - Move to Release retrospective → Oleksii Petrenko
- Additional time is required for get practice with Rancher for successful roll out → Team
