Problem to solve: 

Options 

OPTION 1: Via Settings > Data import > Create/Edit Job Profile | Add a Enable authority control option

    1. When enabled, the system will auto-link/auto-validate authority heading with bibliographic field(s)

OPTION  2: Via Settings > Authority > Allow user to set a schedule that detects

    1. newly added/updated authority records eligible for linking 
    2. newly added/update bibliographic records eligible for linking
