DRAFT: Solution approval workflow

In order to complete spike or technical change, it is often important to have full approval on a team and platform level.


Each feature should have a champion, who will:

  • work on a ticket
  • prepare documentation (if need)
  • gather appropriate meetings
  • escalate to Tech Leads level (if need)


Escalate to Technical Council only in case of multiple options available without clear benefits.


Do not leave things unresolved. Spikes should be pushed until the implementation phase.
