- Instance Status Type: Temp – When a purchase order is 'opened' (and is set up to create an instance) it will use the 'temp' instance status type. If that instance type is removed (in an effort to clean up unused statuses for example) the open step for a PO
will might not work. Edit: I added the temp instance status to get the open step working and removed it to try to recreate the problem and couldn't recreate it. Seemed to work fine without that status...so...adding this just in case someone else runs into it.
