Purpose

The Circulation section in the Settings app provides configuration options for / access to the following:

Permissions

Describe permissions that apply to the app or section you are outlining. Include default permissions and permission sets; dependencies that exist with permissions in other apps/parts of FOLIO. 
Describe action-based permissions (if any) that apply to the app or section you are outlining, including permission dependencies and associated functional workflows.
Describe what each permission does, in language accessible to non-IT library staff.

Settings (Circ): Can view loan historyThis gives access to the section in Circ Settings called Loan History that actually is about how anonymizing closed loans is done - it's not about access to viewing loan history more generally.

Settings (Circ): Can create, edit and remove overdue fine policies
Settings (Circ): Can create, edit and remove fixed due date schedules

Settings (Circ): Can create, edit and remove lost item fee policies

UX/UI

This area of FOLIO simply displays links to individual sections. There are no fields.

There is no default searching in this area of FOLIO.

There is no reporting functionality in this area of FOLIO.
