Settings - Circulation - Title level requests

Notice templates

• Any notice template with the category Request, can be selected in these dropdowns. Templates can be configured in Settings - Circulation - Patron notice templates.
• A Confirmation notice is sent every time a title level request is created, regardless of whether an item it then tied to the title level request, or not.
• A Cancellation notice is sent every time a titel level request is cancelled, regardless of whether an item was tied to that title level request, or not.
• An Expiration notice is sent every time a title level request expires, regardless of whether an item was tied to that title level request, or not.
