Mark Instance for deletion

UXPROD-3621 Mark instance for deletion. Implement action menu in top navigation bar. Enable the user to mark an instance for deletion (plan: Nolana). First step towards Deletion of instances. 

a) Definition of Mark for deletion - is this just a flag of the marked record, or is the intend a soft deletion?

b) How to do Mark of an instance for deletion. As an action on the Action menu or Edit mode (or both)?

c) What happens when an instance (instance source = FOLIO) is marked for deletion 

  • Search result visible for all staff? (yes/no)
  • Visible in the OPAC/Discovery? (yes/no)
  • Permission - general edit permission, or is this a specific field level permission (which we have not yet solved)?

The functionality of propagating suppress from discovery flag from instance to holdings and item records has been brought up during Bulk Edit Working Group meeting.
