Announcements		Raegan's last meeting for the summer is today. Will occasionally check Slack. Felix is the main point of contact for the summer. Heather MacFarlane has volunteered to be emergency backup convener. WolfCon registration and conference proposal submission is open.
PC update	Sharon Wiles-Young	Out of the office on 5/18 and PC meeting canceled today. REPORT from last week's PC meeting: Announced that the MM SIG will need a new PC liaison WolfCon early registration is live and submission form for conference proposals Please submit some conference proposals - LOTS of good ideas from the MM SIG, I am sure! AND Deadline for initial submissions: June 5 Demonstration by Dennis Bridges on the consortia app released in Poppy. The work is covered here: UXPROD-4049 Features that will be implemented to enhance FOLIO's ability to support consortia Release management Planning team- discussion of having representation from the Support SIG and PC for now it will be Debra Howell, Support SIG rep and Kristin Martin, PC rep IMPORTANT FOR MM SIG: On June 1st the PC will be discussing Data Import - Here is the agenda for June 1st Data Import: Current State to Desired State Background documents: ARLEF Data Import Report EBSCO’s response to the ARLEF Report Report on Data Import, by Corrie Hutchison From Data Import/MM: Data import error logs that need to be better Data Import live performance times Desired outcomes: Shared understanding of severe shortcomings of data import Shared understanding of next steps for addressing data import Shared understanding of timeline for improvement Determination of how data import remediation will be prioritized

App Interaction Update	Laura E Daniels	Differences across different apps for what symbol is used for truncation in searching. Symbol character doesn't matter but needs to be standardized across Folio. Standardization needed on dates across Folio. Possibility of being customized at tenant level based on your country's standard convention? Filtering on dates in varies in different apps on OR after on OR before Laura requesting feedback on what we like and don't like Centralized standards need to be in place across apps to make the User Interface simpler to use, learn, and teach to new adopters Documentation for developers outside of scope for Documentation working group but standards need to be documented and communicated to developers and product owners. Enhancement list for Inventory and quickMARC: what of these could be generalized to address needs across Folio? Example: save & keep editing and save & close App Interaction Slack Channel is open and all are welcome. Meetings are open to all to participate or just listen in. WolfCon	Started on Slack Deadline for submission in 5 June 2023	Do we want a MM SIG working meeting at WolfCon? Just talking about one particular topic in depth/deep dive. Entity Management? An Unconference style of meeting? Information sharing Create a webpage for topic ideas for WolfCon? See WOLFcon 2023 and linked spreadsheet! Hybrid is possible!

One thing to keep in mind is existing vs new can be problematic. But getting it in place “stops the bleeding” of new non-standard things being created.
