FOLIO community roadmap process25 minutes Jenn CThe product council's roadmap team would like to discuss how we plan to incorporate information from POs into the roadmap. Much of the discussion will center around pulling JIRA issues into the roadmap but we're also interested in talking about other potential sources of information. Potential topics for discussion (Khalilah has already helped us out with some information related to timelines and definitions):
  • how UXPRODs, fix version, release version, epics, and labels can be used in the roadmap
  • if you were to snapshot planned development when would it be a good time to do that (we plan both a static 'report' and links to active dashboards)?
  • what do you think is a reasonable time scope for a roadmap?
  • are you already producing something like a roadmap?
  • do you have concerns about the creation of a roadmap?
  • do you have other thoughts about the creation of a roadmap?
  • are you still referencing the prioritization numbers from previous prioritization processes?
