  • Check-in screen - Darcy
    • gathering information about check-in screen
    • starting with information gathering and observation from Cornell
    • issue of SSO logins vs. generic logins, staff overrides, how long does it take, ability to have supervisor override button
    • what information is displayed call number, where in transit
    • enter key should not clear pop-ups, ESC would be good
    • pop-up for number of pieces and description of pieces
    • should pop up appear for items on hold - more important on checkOUT screen, not checkin screen
    • display of a fine amount on check-in, could there be a way to sometimes display it and sometimes not, based on 
    • can we wait to see display before arguing over which things are important?
    • It is possible, in last conversation with Filip, that customizing display could be V1
    • which is more important, barcode, title, or call number?

    • in house use count does not need to be displayed but needs to be tracked, there needs to be logic
    • scanning in house should capture the date time of scan and trigger next status, whatever it should be
    • feedback sounds have been requested, good beep and bad beep
  • fees and fines
    • Filip to grouping of the item, where title, call number, etc. can't fit into Alpha release
    • back to each field being on a separate column, takes us to a horizontal scroll bar, fixed columns?
    • what are typical screen resolution at circ desks
    • transaction ID number needed?
    • loan transaction needs to be there so they can be brought together
    • will column customizability ACTUALLY be in V1, that makes a difference
    • open/closed as part of filter vs tabs at the top, can you go to filter being closed by default?
