Multiple fee/fine charges or actions (pay, waive, transfer, error or refund) on a single notice for a patron

Multiples fee fines in notices_26Jan2023_jb
Option if there is timeUI: Show columns on Fee/fines option

You can deselect all columns in the fee/fine screens:

Question for the group: Should at least one column be fix (can't be deselected)? Which column(s) should that be?

Meeting Notes

Julie Bickle presented on multiple fees and fines included in notices. Steph has approached her to scope this out in case Vega has time to squeeze this in (hopefully) for Poppy.
Reviewed the slide deck here:
Assumptions include:
Templates will work the same way as they do with check-in check-out multiple tokens.
Question about whether this will work like check-in/check out triggering events or if there will be nuances to including the multiple token as there are with the due date/time triggering event.
Multiples will occur when the template is shared, even if the items were circulated using different policies. The grouping is by template.
Discussion of scenarios:
If a notice policy specifies that the overdue fine, returned notice should be sent after by a period of time, but is paid before that time -- would the notice still send even though the fee/fine is closed? Believe this has been tested, but need to verify.
Will the recurring notices work when bundling happens at check in?

lost fees charged have the highest priority and should be bundled overnight  - cancelled lost fees need to be bundled, but that could happen at check in or overnight
maybe patrons wouldn't want to wait until the next day
manual: Julie proposes to bundle by action, because you can only perform one action on multiple fees/fines at the same time, only those using the same template, the option to not send is important

account summary is needed as an additional feature - better to work on that instead of bundling manuals?

Additional feedback can be added to the slide deck.

might get into Poppy but no guarantee
