FOLIO-wide sprint demos are usually held at the end of every 2 sprints (4 weeks), on Tuesdays 11 am-12:30 pm US ET. They are included in the FOLIO Sprint calendar. The demos are an opportunity for the various development teams to show the work they have accomplished in recent weeks. Though the demos mostly focus on new feature work, teams' development work also includes bug fixes, technical debt, and automated tests.

Sprint demos include:

  • An overview of the development teams and their members, which is also summarized on the Team-Module Responsibility Matrix
  • Team summaries of work over the past 2 sprints
  • Team demos highlighting the most interesting recent development work
  • Team plans for the upcoming sprints
  • Updates that development teams should be aware of, such as changes to the recommended definition of done, bug statistics, and testing requirements.
