Proposal for Tracking New Report Requirements		Use GitHub only, no JIRA use Discussion Board on folio-analytics to collect report requirements for new reports institutions are requesting create a JIRA that summarizes the reports we're working on for a particular release, and then we can link that to other feature requests so we can help escalate that work Next steps: continue discussion in Thursday SIG meeting draft new workflow in a wiki page Angela to try to find a small team ask for feedback, first from SIG, then from rest of FOLIO community Discussion We have used JIRA for ranking in the past, though it's not clear if all institutions have always been participating in ranking; we tended to look to see if multiple institutions gave a report a high ranking for the reports that needed to be prioritized; goal is to make sure that a lot of very helpful queries are ready when the institution goes live hopefully the subteams are thinking about prioritization; sometimes you can just listen to the members of the subteams to gauge priority of reports, and institutions can encourage prioritization by having representation on the subteams we have old prioritizations for JIRA issues, should those still be used? how do we prioritize new requests via GitHub? New institutions are kind of on the hot seat for new reports; institutions that are live may already be in maintenance mode and have what they need. New folks coming in may have new/different requests, but sometimes that isn't clear until you really do an in-depth mapping at your own institution (or go live and discover you have gaps) do we want light? integrated? both? JIRA can be pretty overwhelming subteams are trying to work their way through JIRA
Reporting Vision and Strategy work		Reporting SIG Roadmap If time allows, start drafting roadmap milestones increasing support for LDLite closer involvement in development of LDP app - best practices for using and implementing LDP app more support for ldpmarc automation of testing (local LDP instance, want to have ways of verifying that the data structure is intact) user testing of LDP/Metadb; if you start having errors, some tests you can run training? centralized page on wiki with specific steps to take - videos in order to catch up to be able to actually engage with the SIG gets complicated to contribute if you don't have a local instance demo of how people find LDP app useful, how it is used in the workflow of a real library outreach?
Updates and Query Demonstrations from Various Reporting Related Groups and Efforts	Community & Coordination, Reporting Subgroup Leads	Project updates Reporting development is using small subgroups to address priorities and complete work on report queries. Each week, these groups will share reports/queries with the Reporting SIG. Reporting development team leads are encouraged to enter a summary of their work group activities below.
