RA-Claimed Returned Cluster Prototype

*This report shows a list of items that patrons claim they have returned, but are not showing as checked in by the system( where the item status is 'claimed returned'). The filters also include data range and borrowing location.
*Include past circulation information to inform replacement decisions
*NOTE: This report includes patron personal information, which is not GDPR-compliant. This is needed to identify whether the same patron has an excessive number of 'claimed returned' on items, in which case the patron may be flagged.
Report Description Detail
- This report is modeled on UXPROD-2020, a cluster of Resource Access reports currently consisting of a single report (REP-203) on claims status and claims resolution by date and location, that is run as needed.
Data fields
- Item loan status, status date, item notes and note type, item call number and ID, all item descriptors (call number, barcode, title, etc.), material type details, location fields, circulation information, all patron information
Report Criteria
- Within a specified date range, provides a listing of items that are charged to patrons but patrons claim they have returned (claims returned status). Also included are patron details, details of the item (title, barcode, publisher, pagination, date when it entered the system, etc.), and item circulation stats (count of historical charges within a specified date range).
Filters
- Date range, loan status type (claimed returned), and location.

Note: Elena OMalley suggested including the name of the staff member who applied the 'claimed returned' status, in case the person using this report wants to talk to that person about a special situation. Is there a data element for staff audit trail here, the equivalent of 'operator id' in Voyager?
