Integration reference - ReShare Returnables

Briefly describe the purpose of the integration.

ReShare (https://projectreshare.org/) is an open-source platform supporting resource sharing between member libraries. The system is built on a FOLIO base, but has its own apps for managing requesting, lending, patron access, reporting, and other needs specific to resource sharing networks.
