We have re-distributed and re-allocated staff. We are planning to add .5FTE for reporting.
This is still an open question as we get deeper into implementation.
We are planning on EBSCO hosting and migration services.
We will implement EBSCO ERM first, and at the same time as, full FOLIO integration. ERM will be hosted by EBSCO, as well. Current ERM implementation plan includes the following Apps: eHoldings, Agreements, Licenses, Organizations.
For approximately 6 months, we will run a fully-baked Test instance of FOLIO along with our Production Voyager. At go-live, we will cut-over from Voyager to FOLIO.
We are about 80% confident. Funding is always a factor and FOLIO development must stay on track.
We hope to get support, best practices, radical ideas from our partners and to share our own experiences.
