|Data Privacy for FOLIO Reporting||ALL|
A small, short-term subgroup needs to be formed (minimum 3 people) of the Reporting SIG to work on Data Privacy for Reporting and for the LDP Data Warehouse-. Joyce Chapman has volunteered to work on Data Privacy for the LDP Data Warehouse; we need 2 more volunteers to work on this subgroup
-need to form a subgroup (minimum 3 people) of the Reporting SIG to work on Data Privacy for Reporting
-request that Reporting SIG make a set recommendations on approach to anonymizing data
-build survey about current practices
-may need interaction with UM, Sysops, and Privacy SIGs-may need to bring to Product Council
Interaction is needed with User Management SIG, SysOps SIG (Ingolf) and maybe Privacy SIG (currently not active). Results have to be brought to the Product Council.
|Reporting Feature Requests Review||Nassib/Sharon/Holly|
We'll take a look at current Reporting Feature Requests so all can see where they are located in JIRA and understand how they are being entered, organized, and addressed. We'll also Nassib presents a helpful Wiki page on Feature Requests for LDP-based Reporting. You will need this when you find that for a certain report the database does not have all the necessary features. The Wiki page explains how to add new requests to JIRA an how to view existing ones.
In comparison we take a look at a related, but different reporting JIRA EPIC: UXPROD-943, to see how we are capturing miscellaneous reporting-related tickets here. It is for general requests in reporting.
|Report Prioritization for Development in Data Warehouse||ALL|
Today, we will continue the process of reviewing the priority level of data warehouse reports in each of the functional areas to determine which should be passed along to the We review the RPWG Project List for the Report Prototype Working Group for the RPWG Project List of reports to prototype in the LDP data warehouse.
which contains 8 entries at the moment. The SIG agrees that these are high prioritity and represent a useful set of different aspects of reporting.
We discuss the priorization of the entries and decide as follows:
The prototype report on Expenditures is also very important but cannot be modeled yet as there are no data elements available so far. Expenditure-related data elements should be integrated into all collection reports to get most meaningful reports.
This SIG will continue this process to review the priorities for the RPWG.
