How is your implementation team organized?

Our FOLIO implementation is part of a broader systems migration and implementation project, which is led by an implementation steering committee, which manages the work of several Implementation Advisory Working Groups (IAWGs) which are responsible for gathering required information, providing advice to the steering commmiteee, and performing the day-to-day work necessary to facilitate the migration. Where necessary, these IAWGs may be sub-divided or split.

Has your institution hired additional staff? How were they funded?

Is your institution planning to be hosted? Self-hosting? Still considering both options? Please explain.


Is your institution considering a partial implementation, such as the ERM first? Please explain.

Does your institution plan to run FOLIO in parallel with your current ILS? How long? Please explain.
